Chi sei

Hoi!
I suppose I am not the first Dutch person signing up as a Babelian, but I won't make you figure out my funny phrases, so let's stick with English!
Anne, from the south of the Netherlands, where we still know what a cow looks like and how to speak Dutch. After my studies in Nijmegen, Avignon and Paris, I am now trying to keep my head high in the big city. What I love: travelling, meeting people, talking about their lives and learning their language (which doesn't always work....), looking very attentively to what I am cooking and then eating it, dancing, and: listening to music that makes me feel fantastic, when it rains outside.
You might find me hyper active sometimes, but I have my quiet moments.
Through my international experiences, I learned how to appreciate my own country and culture. That's why now and then I need a personal refreshment in my favorite Dutch city: Nijmegen. To have a good bike tour or a jogg in the morning. If you ever go there, find out the Kronenburgerpark, which beats all other european parcs by far.

Perché sono qui? | In brief: Paris called me and I thought why not? I studied here for 1 year and I decided to find a job. I am currently trying to figure out if the job decided to find me as well..

Per me, l'Europa è | My favorite continent by far! A great mixture between eye and hair colours, beautiful cities and languages and an intens network of students having all the possibilities to cross borders. And where Sinterklaas surely comes from Spain!
