I have to say I'm very glad that Irish People said "NO" to Lisbon Treaty.
Nobody understand union constitution mostly because there are too many words to read for average people.
All terminology is from lawyer books and who is smart enough and have enough time to read ,be on phone with your personal lawyer who translate all the meanings to you???? Big question.
People have to understand very well what it really means to sign this document.
What kind of influence that document brings to everyday life and most of all what that document means to our countries, our freedom and independence.
One thing is for sure and for certain.
If any nation accept union constitution the next step will be to surrender all important decision and responsibilities including foreign affairs to european union. No country will be more independent and be able to make own decisions about army ,justice, and first of all about making businesses,
European Union take over everything!! And this is very real danger.
Politicians as usual lie and they can blackmailed you in order to get what they want.
For example in 2007 italian president ,Gorgio Napolitano, member of Italian Communist Party during conference in Sienna he said that " those who are against European Union they are terrorists"!!!!!!
This is blackmail!!!!
How is that????!!
According to this stupid statement all Irish people are terrorists????!!!!
This is how serious politicians can act. Mr Napolitano tthinks that he can say that terrible things without consequences???!!!
All my regards are going to Irish people for their braveness and wise decision. They vote for me "NO".
Thank you Ireland!!:-))

Europe must find a new way forward that meets the needs of all aspirations: the EU as we know it stays as is, and those who wish to unite politically and militarily as a European Federation do so, and we have the same relationship with the new state as we do with the states that would constitute such a political entity.
The Eurostatists get their state: and we keep our independence.
Good for everybody...
